Discounts:

Tiered discounts are available when you sign up for recurring scheduled services: (10% monthly, 15% for bi-weekly, 20% weekly) and subject to change.

Billing:

Credit card, Debit cards, PayPal and Venmo are approved forms of payment for service. No Cash or Checks. Payment will be processed immediately following all appointments.

100% Clean Guarantee Terms:

If The Clean Home Crew missed anything within our agreed scope of services or if the cleaning was not done to your satisfaction let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning being performed. The Clean Home Crew will return to your home at no charge to complete the job.

Cancellation and House Entry:

Appointments canceled within a 24-hour window of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a $50 plus tax cancellation fee. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access to a place of business, house or facility. If our cleaning providers are not able to access the agreed upon place needing a clean with the instructions provided, then a $50 plus tax trip fee will be charged.
