How much does house cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home and the type of service. We provide affordable house cleaning services with transparent pricing—no hidden fees.
What about rescheduling or cancellation fees?
We do not charge. If it is a last minute, day of or late night cancellation, we ask you consider providing a $50 cleaner tip which will be passed on to the cleaner.
Will the same cleaner come to my house each time?
We try our very best to send the same cleaner each time. It all depends on the recurrence. A bi-weekly or weekly recurrence is much easier to plan for the same cleaner as it is a set schedule. If you change your day or service, then we will try to accommodate, but if your cleaner already has a scheduled recurring service that day, then that customer has priority. If you are flexible on the time, it helps.
For monthly service, to help ensure the same cleaner, then please be flexible by a day or two each month as often times a bi-weekly or weekly customer my overlap you single, monthly service.
What happens if my cleaner is not available due to a callout?
Life events happen, a cleaner is sick, cleaner needs the time back to tend to a personal matter, cleaner has a car issue, phone issues or anther life event preventing the cleaner from working. We will notify you as soon as we know the cleaner is calling out. We will give you the option to reschedule or we can send a substitute teacher. For a substitute we may need to flex on the arrival time.
Is a cash payment okay?
We do not accept cash. You can add a credit card to your account and we will charge it after the clean is over. We also except Venmo (@TCHCcompany) or Zelle (512-994-5631) if you unable to provide a credit card. You are welcome to tip your cleaner in cash.
Is tipping allowed and how much is appropriate?
Tipping is completely optional and never expected, but it is always greatly appreciated by our hardworking crew! 100% of all tips go directly to the cleaners who serviced your home.
If you would like to leave a tip for exceptional service, a standard benchmark is 10% to 15% of your job total for recurring maintenance cleans, or 15% to 20% for deep cleans and move-out services. You can leave cash on the kitchen counter or easily add a digital tip to your final invoice or through your client portal. You can specify a dollar amount or a percentage. Your invoice will be updated and the cleaner will see it listed on their payout.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No, our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment unless you request otherwise. If you have products you prefer, please let us know we will do our best to accommodate. If you want our cleaners to use your products, then we will apply an additional 5% discount.
How long does a house cleaning take?
Cleaning times vary depending on the size and condition of the home, but most standard cleanings take between 2 to 5 hours.
Can I schedule recurring cleaning services?
Yes, we offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly recurring house cleaning services to help keep your home consistently clean.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, many of our clients provide entry instructions so our cleaners can complete the service while they’re away.
